Business Development Director

Do you have a proven track record of driving operational excellence in the hospitality and foodservice sectors, coupled with strong commercial acumen?
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-profile contract with significant responsibility and visibility.
- Drive operational performance across catering and hospitality services while ensuring compliance with rigorous food safety and quality standards.
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across labour, food, and overheads.
- Develop and implement strategies for staff recruitment, training, and development, building a high-performing and engaged team.
- Establish staffing plans that align with business objectives and resource requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or foodservice management, with a strong commercial background.
- Excellent financial and commercial skills, including P&L management and budgeting.
- A track record of building client relationships and leading diverse teams, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Confident user of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
