Nursing Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill our Nursing Leadership position.

This role will involve providing guidance and direction to nursing staff, supervising and mentoring, as well as overseeing daily operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between healthcare teams, assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to nursing staff
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of services
  • Facilitating communication between healthcare teams
  • Assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the nursing sector in Ireland (minimum 10 years)
  • Previous experience as an ADON or CNM with a strong track record of leadership and management
  • A current NMBI PIN number
  • Two previous employment references
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
  • A fluent level of English both written and oral
