Audit Semi-Senior

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain valuable exposure across a diverse client base, while working closely with experienced seniors and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and performing audits across various sectors.
  • Prepare audit workpapers and assist in drafting financial statements in accordance with FRS.
  • Identify and communicate audit issues and risks to seniors/managers.
  • Liaise with clients and respond to queries as they arise.
  • Support the supervision and training of trainee staff.
  • Maintain audit documentation in line with internal and professional standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or recently qualified with 1–2 years' audit experience.
  • Strong understanding of Irish GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with audit/accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, Relate) is desirable.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working on multiple assignments.
