Key Responsibilities- Review quality records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and associated site policy needs.
- Provide leadership for quality record initiation and root cause analysis, ensuring that site quality metrics are recorded and reported as required.
- Conduct weekly or more frequent meetings to track timelines and quality of quality records and associated actions.
You will work closely with plant personnel to provide training on corrective action systems and support quality IT systems. You will also participate in internal audits and walkdowns, and contribute to food safety team meetings.
To succeed in this role, you require a diploma or degree in science or engineering with three years of manufacturing experience in a quality assurance function within a regulated environment.
