Enhancing Food Safety Excellence

This is a critical position within the company, responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive knowledge of microbiological principles with in-depth foodborne pathogen expertise
- Understanding of HACCP, sanitation principles, and food safety preventive controls (FSPC)
- Ability to implement holistic plant sanitation programs, policies, and procedures
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired environmental monitoring performance and pest control performance
- Acting as sanitation support in the process of assessing and mitigating safety risks associated with construction and major maintenance
- Developing and implementing effective food safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., plant quality/food safety/sanitation) with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
- Certification as a Sanitarian and pesticide application is an advantage for this role
