Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our Regulatory Compliance programme, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our compliance framework and managing interactions with regulatory bodies.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the implementation and management of our compliance framework, ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective in meeting regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for advising senior stakeholders on regulatory compliance matters, managing regulatory interactions, responses, and inspections, and interpreting regulatory developments to advise on their impact.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and execute compliance monitoring and testing programs, provide regulatory advice to support compliant decision-making, and develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with regulatory expectations.

As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Irish financial institutions, preferably in e-money or payments, with relevant qualifications.
  • Extensive regulatory compliance experience, especially with Irish and EEA standards.
  • Expertise in developing compliance programs, monitoring, and guiding teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment with high responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, fair-minded, and vigilant with strong assessment skills.
