The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with executive leadership and effectively communicate the value of compliance as a strategic enabler.
Requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior compliance roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, with practical experience in cross-border distribution, particularly into Germany.
- German language skill is an advantage but not required.
