Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with company standards and contract requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, cleanliness, and relevant regulations.
  • Support food preparation and contribute to menu innovation, including healthy and sustainable options.
  • Assist with catering requests, special functions, and daily service delivery.
  • Maintain site standards in line with Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
  • Liaise with chefs and management on food service operations and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting.
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
