Job Title: Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
