Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain exceptional food quality and adhere to high standards of hygiene.
  • Work closely with department managers to monitor and improve food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Emulate the example set by senior chefs in terms of efficiency and excellence.
  • Comply with HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining proper systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in hotels or similar establishments is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work confidently in a small team setting, managing shifts independently.
  • Flexibility to cover evening shifts during peak periods.
  • Strong ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
