Job Description\

The Launch and Moments Marketing Programs Lead will play a critical role in shaping SAPs marketing future. This individual will develop integrated launch journey strategies, digital marketing playbooks, experience design, and marketing programs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth across our hero launch roadmap.

\

Key responsibilities include collaborating with global marketing teams to lead and own the planning and development of integrated omnichannel launch marketing campaigns, prioritizing data-driven strategies and customer-centric experiences.

\

Additionally, this role will support project management and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables within budget.

\

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, excellent project management skills, collaboration skills, and ability to build and grow strong cross-functional partnerships.

\

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, specializing in digital-integrated marketing and/or project management experience.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
