Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in civil engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site-based supervision and contract administration.
  • Stakeholder and client liaison, reporting, monitoring, and inspection of all construction activities.
  • Acting as the Employer's Representative.

Requirements
  • Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Relevant experience in the civil engineering industry, particularly in the supervision and administration of Public Works Contracts for Civil Engineering Works.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD or similar) and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in administering contracts using the Public Works form of contracts, including processing valuations and assessing claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong record-keeping and reporting skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with current H&S regulations and best practices.
  • Full driving licence and a valid SafePass.
