About the Role

This dynamic and results-oriented role leads our reservations team, overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check-in. The successful candidate will manage room allocations, pricing strategies, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily reservation operations to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage room allocations and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Lead and train a team of reservations agents to ensure high performance and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage online booking platforms and direct booking websites.
  • Prominently deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with front office teams to optimize room sales and revenue management.
  • Ensure accurate recording and communication of booking details with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and oversee systems like Hotsoft, GDS, D-Edge, and Avvio.
  • Routine commission reports and timely payment to travel agents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proficient with systems like Hotsoft/Channel Manager Systems and the GDS.
  • Experience in revenue management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering superior guest experiences.
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
