Join our team to apply for the Food and Beverage Attendant role at a luxurious estate in Ireland.

The Lodge at Ashford Castle is a stunning property located within the magnificent 350-acre estate of Ashford Castle, overlooking magical Lough Corrib. Originally built in 1865, this country house offers warm Irish hospitality with a modern appeal.

This exceptional range of estate activities includes fine dining in Wilde's Restaurant and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Food and Beverage team onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests to the restaurant, ensuring that your voice, manner, and behaviour portray a warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanour at all times.
  • Ensure prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service to our guests at all times.
  • Set up and clear tables to the correct standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the food service areas, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
  • Assist with breakfast service, banqueting service for functions and events as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Licence to work in Ireland.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly, bubbly, and flexible attitude.
  • Able to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
