Clinical Research Specialist

The role of Clinical Research Assistant is a key position in the medical devices industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all pre-clinical and clinical activities, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver studies effectively.
This includes handling general administrative tasks, preparing pre-clinical and clinical documents, and maintaining quality management records.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating pre-clinical activities, ordering consumables and equipment, assisting with verification & validation studies, keeping inventory logs for clinical investigation products, and ensuring clinical documentation supplies are stocked.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Clinical Research and want to gain work experience in this field.
- Third-level diploma or degree
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Experience in general office admin/assistant roles
- Skilled in office software tools
- Medical device industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of regulated industries desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Works well in a small team
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently
