Job Summary:

Food Production Manager

Join our team of food production professionals and take on the challenge of leading a dynamic and innovative company.

As a seasoned food production manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment will be put to the test as you coordinate with procurement and implement HACCP and food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, chefs, and production operatives to achieve timely production and delivery of products.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure accurate production records and schedules.
  • Collaborate on new product development, seasonal menus, and scaling of successful ranges to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food production management, preferably in artisan or fresh food production.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations, along with experience managing production schedules and achieving output targets.
