Job Overview

The primary objective of this position is to manage and support product lines, including creating strategies for market development and growth. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, business management, and divisional support in each local market.

This individual contributor will execute the regional marketing plan for an assigned specialty, aligning with the division's mission, vision, and purpose, as well as overall company priorities. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to meet the needs of each region, incorporating feedback from the field and customers.

This position reports to the Manager, Market Development, and can be based at a European office or in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, measure, and meet business plan goals for assigned specialties and geographies.
  • Accelerate market adoption for assigned specialties.
  • Provide product & market support.
  • Act as a regional product champion/expert.
  • Ensure consistent messaging for assigned specialties.
  • Support conversions with key customers.
  • Answer sales & customer questions.
  • Support product launches, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Communicate program-related field updates.
  • Present launch content to internal sales meetings.
  • Collaborate on sales tools and messaging needs.
  • Create market updates for the field.
  • Customize large account solutions.
  • Engage CRM as a key tool for communication and sharing customer insights.
  • Initiate focus campaigns in cooperation with sales.
  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts.
  • Support regional or specialty shows.
  • Deliver marketing materials for reimbursement.
  • Support sales training and develop marketing tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with relevant products and markets.
  • Strong strategic business skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Prior experience leading organizational change.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Higher level degree in a related field (optional).
