About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Marketing Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client, Channel, Product, and Content Marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Communications teams to establish measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and data-driven insights on media interactions, earned media, publications, and press releases.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of media coverage, press releases, and communications across earned, owned, and paid media channels.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI
  • Analyse digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and performing attribution analysis to assess the impact of various channels on lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads and improve sales efficiency.
  • Write and execute SQL/Python queries to extract and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analytics Lead who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in digital/web analytics, campaign segmentation, and multichannel marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM data and B2B marketing analytics.
  • Experience in media and communications analytics, including PR analytics, sentiment analysis, and media monitoring, is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights, build reports, and create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Heap.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing KPIs, campaign segmentation, attribution, lead scoring, and multichannel marketing data analysis.
