We are seeking a seasoned Secured Finance Lawyer to join our legal division for an interim contract in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Term Sheets Review: Advise on and review term sheets for new securitisation transactions, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations.
  • Transaction Document Structuring: Structure, review, and negotiate transaction documents for UK and cross-border transactions, mitigating legal risk and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Risk Evaluation and Mitigation: Evaluate legal risk and ensure it is mitigated in transaction documents, protecting the interests of all parties involved.
  • Counsel and Advisor Liaison: Liaise with external counsel and advisors as required, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Transaction Closing Oversight: Oversee transaction closings from a legal perspective, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Investment Desk Support: Support the investment desk with legal queries arising in connection with existing investments, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Transaction Lifecycle Support: Provide legal assistance throughout a transaction's lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assume responsibility for Insight's EU and UK Securitisation Regulation compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years PQE in structured finance and securitisation.
  • Fluent in UK/EU Securitisation Regulations.
  • Ability to work on time-sensitive matters and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal matters.
  • Negotiating independently and effectively while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team-orientated and collaborative.
