Salary: to €50k

Overall Package: to €55k

Duties:

  • High volume billing, to include time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Liaising with the Finance Team in relation to the management of client accounts and transaction-related payments.
  • Take responsibility for AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Manage auditing requests for clients.
  • Maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with clients and other stakeholders involved in finance transactions.
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents, including agreements and other related documents.

The Candidate:

  • 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally supporting at a Senior Level.
  • Knowledge of AML procedures for client onboarding and document management systems.
  • Proficient with legal practice management software. Elite 3E would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a team player and have a flexible approach to business needs.
