An international law and professional services firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic global team.

You will play a key role in supporting legal professionals and the listings team by providing high-quality secretarial and administrative services in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level secretarial and admin support to lawyers
  • Manage billing, file openings/closings, and KYC/conflict checks
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain client databases and assist with court bundle preparation
  • Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate law firm
  • Legal secretarial qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Aderant, Sharefile, iManage a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
