Senior Audit Role in Aviation Finance

Audit Senior Position Overview:

The position of an audit senior is a key role in the team, responsible for managing full lifecycle audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough audit procedures, encompassing risk assessments, control testing, and substantive work.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses, particularly within aviation finance sectors.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

For this senior audit role, we seek individuals with minimum 3 years' experience in external audit preferably within a professional services firm.

Essential Qualifications Include:

  • Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge with practical experience applying International Financial Reporting Standards; familiarity with UK or US GAAP is advantageous.
