Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the adventure department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the department's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of innovative programs and services to enhance customer experiences
  • Manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of outdoor activity programs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management protocols to safeguard guests and staff
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize departmental performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outdoor education or recreation management, with at least two relevant instructorships (e.g., RCI, CWI, ERCA)
  • Up-to-date First Aid certification and previous management experience in a similar role
  • Desirable: Third-level qualification in business management, outdoor education, leadership, or sports-related discipline
