As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the safe and successful operation of our adventure department. This will include managing the recruitment, training, and monitoring of our adventure team, as well as overseeing the development and delivery of new systems and strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the adventure department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.">
  3. Developing and implementing training programs for our adventure team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.">
  4. Working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our adventure offerings.">
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.">
  6. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with adventure activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.">
  7. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our adventure team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.">

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in outdoor education and/or leadership.">
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams in an adventure or outdoor setting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.">
