Contract Management Opportunity

A leading contractor in Cork is seeking a skilled Construction Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a project plan including sub-contractors and other disciplines.
  • Coordinate project management, engineering teams and ensure adequate resources are available to complete the project within budget and schedule.
  • Exercise control on financial administration of construction work to achieve cost effectiveness.
  • Represent company commercial interests.
  • Oversight of project cost/revenue control and reporting performance.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing project costs and budgets.

Requirements: BSC Degree or higher in Construction, Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 10+ years experience in construction contract management, ideally with a main contractor in Ireland. Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations, contracts and building processes.
