Job Summary

Contract Administrator Job Opening

PM Group is an international project delivery firm seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to manage contractual aspects of construction projects.

  • Administer contracts for civil works, structural and architectural packages.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and variations.
  • Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
  • Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation.
  • Manage payment applications and certificate processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract records.
  • Resolve contractual disputes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience.
  • Construction industry background.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
  • Experience with standard construction contracts.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Valid EU work authorization.
  • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or related field.
