Job Description

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, administration and management of existing and prospective customer contracts. This role will support multiple departments within an organisation as a liaison between stakeholders.

This position requires an individual who is well-organised, articulate and exhibits strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be innovative in solving business problems and challenges, coordinate business and legal issues and questions, follow-up on responses with other departments within the organisation, and be energetic, focused and results oriented with a high level of integrity and honesty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, negotiate and amend contractual paperwork as required to align to the companies legal and business standards.
  • Participate in contract negotiation calls with existing and prospective customers, supporting the Sales, Support Renewals and Legal groups as needed.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to streamline and improve existing off-cloud Renewals practices.
  • Assist with special projects and team/departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience dealing with contract review, drafting and negotiation (in English) and general business acumen are imperative.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills along with analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Extremely detailed/accuracy oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Communicate and work well in a team environment and with existing clients including excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Able to adapt to changing and fast-paced conditions to ensure continued alignment with business requirements.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and new objectives.
  • Ability to identify issues and determine when escalation to management is required.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company including executive management.
  • Strong capabilities and expertise in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in order to meet frequent deadlines.
  • Experience with business deal risk analysis and revenue recognition concepts.
Education/Certification/License:

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or contracting, or equivalent experience in an off-cloud Renewals environment, is required. Additional language skills would be a strong asset but not a prerequisite.
