Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the service process from booking to completion, liaising with workshop, parts, and warranty teams as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on vehicle repairs, costs, and timelines, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Schedule customer bookings, handle walk-ins, and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to advise, sell, and solve problems under pressure.
  • An organised and detail-focused individual with good PC skills and flexibility.
  • A team player with previous motor industry/service experience required.
  • A full valid driving licence is essential.
