SOX Compliance Specialist
Our team is seeking a highly skilled SOX Compliance Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT controls meet the requirements for SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of IT controls for SOX compliance.
  • Provide feedback to control owners around internal controls, assessments, remediation, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams and other stakeholders to gather evidence required for audits of IT internal controls and key operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SOX IT auditing, compliance, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements and IT general controls (ITGCs).
