Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Sales Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and implementing effective sales strategies.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior Sales Development leaders to develop and execute sales strategies, provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and lead the execution of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Work closely with Sales Development leadership to set sales goals and objectives.
- Provide analytical insight and business acumen to inform sales strategy decisions.
- Lead the execution of initiatives to drive sales performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy Operations.
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills.
- Prior exposure to high-growth work environments.
- Experience working closely with senior Sales Development leaders.
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment.
