Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.

Job Description:

This role involves providing top-class customer experience via telephone across nighttime shift patterns on Fridays & Saturdays. Shifts include:

  • 10 PM to 8 AM
  • 12 AM to 6 AM

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and swiftly resolving customer queries with an emphasis on first contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer queries via telephone, ensuring consistently high-quality service is delivered;
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld at all times;
  • Swiftly resolve customer queries with an emphasis on first contact resolution;
  • Partake in administration tasks;
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Meet performance goals and objectives.
