Associate Cost Consultant Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Associate Cost Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost advice, delivering commissions, working with project leaders, maintaining communication, and undertaking commercial management services.

  • Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients
  • Deliver commissions and professional assignments to the highest standard
  • Work proactively with project leaders to set objectives and priorities
  • Maintain effective communication and financial control across projects
  • Undertake commercial management services with minimal supervision
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, stakeholders, and industry peers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • MRICS / MSCSI qualified (or working towards)
  • Experience in MEP or CSA projects within data centres or other complex sectors
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in CostX (or other cost planning software)
  • Understanding of sustainability and data skills (e.g., carbon assessment, Power BI)
  • Contract administration skills
  • Pre- and post-contract experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially astute team player with a can-do attitude
