Job Title: HR Business Partner
">Overview:
">Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's people strategy and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:
">• Lead the HR function, contributing to business planning and supporting the company's operational objectives.">• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.">• Support managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.">• Provide coaching and HR guidance as needed.">• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks in line with legal and organisational changes across our sites.">• Identify training needs and facilitate relevant learning and development initiatives.">• Lead or support ongoing HR initiatives in a growing dynamic business.">• Produce HR metrics and report out to senior management on a monthly basis.">Requirements:
">• Proven experience in a senior HR role">• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices">• CIPD qualification (Level 8 or equivalent) preferred">• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills">• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-focused dynamic environment">• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite">Benefits:
