Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR professional to support our organization's HR function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy HR team by partnering with employees, managers, and HR colleagues on a wide range of day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative and transactional processes within the HR department.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Partner with managers on talent and performance management activities, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Oversee the coordination of interviews and manage offer and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
  • Contribute to training and development procedures to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A third-level qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
