HR Support Specialist

Location: Clare, Ireland

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy HR team by partnering with employees, managers, and HR colleagues on a wide range of day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee contracts, probationary periods, and leave tracking.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers on talent management activities.
  • Liaise with recruitment partners, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and redundancies.
  • Support training and development procedures.
  • Promote training opportunities and ensure accurate completion of related documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
