- Lead global engineering activities, including operations engineering, to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Support engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites, promoting standardisation and performance enhancements.
- Drive engineering excellence programs across various disciplines.
- Anticipate and resolve high-level issues impacting operational success.
- Operations Engineering Oversight: Ensure products are manufactured consistently according to quality standards.
- Engineering Team Support: Drive standardisation, performance enhancements and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Engineering Excellence Programs: Drive engineering excellence programs across various disciplines.
- Risk Assessment and Resolution: Anticipate and resolve high-level issues impacting operational success.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 8 years of significant engineering and/or operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Post-graduate education or degree is desirable and may contribute to the required experience.
- Project management qualification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale automated manufacturing lines with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FDA and GMP.
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
