Advanced Medical Device Designer

A Senior Electrical Engineer is required to join our client's team. This role involves all stages of product development from conceptual generation to commercialization of cutting-edge medical devices.
The Senior Electrical Engineer will focus on developing innovative products for minimally invasive therapeutic procedures. They will work closely with the team to optimize product design and safety, provide technical input, and implement technologies to achieve optimal design solutions.
- Developing products for use in minimally invasive therapeutic procedures as defined by business needs.
- Providing technical input to the team to optimize product design and safety.
- Designing and developing prototypes in advance of selecting the most promising solution.
- Implementing technologies to achieve optimal design solutions.
- Tracking elements of product development, new product introductions, and technology transfers.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree level 8 in Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with electrical medical device product development, RF systems, and PCB design is essential.
