Werken bij een Verkooplocatie

Als leider van de verkooplocatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de dagdagelijkse activiteiten in onze winkel. Je bent samen met ons team verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, waarbij jullie doelen moeten behalen om onze eindresultaten te verbeteren.

Je hebt een sterke leidinggevende rol waarbij je mensen motiveert om hun beste prestaties te geven; een sterke drive om doelen te behalen en verwachtingen te overtreffen; een goed aanstellingsvermogen waardoor je mensen kunt bundelen en als één team werken. Ook heb je de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig te werken en beslissingen te nemen.

Om dit te bereiken hebben we een bonusstructuur die jou beloont voor een hoge omzet en goede resultaten, praktijkgerichte opleidingen om je nog beter te maken in jouw vak en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Als ambassadeur van ons merk ontvang je 20% korting op onze producten.
