Leads a high-performing sales team in a luxury hotel setting to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a sales team to drive revenue growth across assigned segments.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Director to set strategic objectives and achieve revenue milestones.
  • Direct the day-to-day operation of the sales function to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Create engaging website content and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement online and offline marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Perform daily sales activities, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contracting, and rate negotiation.
  • Ensure accurate processing and follow-up of all sales correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a senior Sales/Marketing role within a five-star hotel. They must have a proven track record of effective people management and achieving departmental goals and targets.

A strong mix of corporate, leisure, and events business experience is required, along with the ability to drive business growth across all areas.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is highly desirable.
