Lead Sales Team

As a sales leader, you will be responsible for motivating and developing a dynamic sales team to achieve sales objectives.

The role involves:

  • Leading by example in the use of sales skills such as customer engagement, loyalty, and retention

  • Excellent upkeep of the store and merchandising to create an engaging customer experience

  • Driving a global dynamism to achieve sales objectives and improve KPIs

  • Administrative and HR tasks for the store and the team

  • Organising the store according to the company's strategy and recommendations

  • Respect of the company's sales and management processes
