Job Description:

Sales Administration Team Leader - ATM NetworksEuronet seeks a Sales Support Team Leader responsible for leading a small but dynamic team that supports the Irish Sales Team. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, team development, and aligning activities with business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and develop the team
  • Oversee office administration and daily operations
  • Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
  • Ensure GDPR compliance for all data handling
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments
  • Analyze data to support decisions
  • Provide management reports and insights
  • Support problem-solving and merchant issues
Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Law, or similar
  • At least 5 years of team leadership experience
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or back-office roles
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
