Team Leadership Opportunity

This role involves leading a small but dynamic team, ensuring smooth daily operations and aligning activities with business goals.

  • Lead and develop the team, driving growth and performance.
  • Oversee office administration and daily operations, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance for all data handling, upholding the highest standards of data protection.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
  • Analyze data to support informed decision-making, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide management reports and key performance indicators, facilitating strategic planning and goal-setting.
  • Support problem-solving and merchant issues, resolving conflicts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Law, or similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team leadership, sales support, administration, or back-office roles.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Legal right to work in Ireland, allowing seamless integration into the local workforce.
