Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive organiser, confident communicator, and strategic thinker to lead a small but vibrant team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily support functions, and aligning support activities with broader business objectives. They will oversee office administration, conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation, ensure GDPR compliance, and work closely with various internal departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team leadership and development
  • Office administration and daily operations
  • Quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
  • GDPR compliance for back-office data handling
  • Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments
  • Data analysis to support departmental and business-wide decisions
  • Management reporting and insights
  • Problem-solving and merchant support

Responsibilities also involve maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Sciences, or similar fields
  • 5+ years of experience in team leading
  • Background in sales support, administrative, or back-office roles
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Legal right to work in Ireland

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, well-organised multitasking expertise, a proactive attitude, and strategic thinking. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities is highly valued.
