We are currently seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team.

This role involves serving as a liaison between finance and a key business unit, ensuring that finance continues to deliver value-added services efficiently and effectively.

As a commercial focused professional, you will be responsible for assessing the impact of new initiatives, measuring efficiencies, and providing strategic advice on growth opportunities.

You will provide insightful financial analysis and strike a balance between supporting and challenging key stakeholders as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to drive business performance and ensure high-quality financial decisions.
  • Provide objective financial guidance and opinions that positively impact future business choices.
  • Identify and implement financial efficiency improvements with leadership teams, allocating resources effectively while maintaining a commitment to value-for-money.
  • Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities to deliver services more efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigate high-risk financial issues or problem areas within the business.
  • Monitor financial performance to secure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Benchmark costs and propose measures to increase cost efficiency across the organization.
  • Lead smooth annual financial planning processes for forecasts, budgets, and multi-year strategic plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
  • Prior finance business partnering experience is an asset but not essential
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial staff
