Job Title: Credit Controller

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit process from start to finish.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in collections, target achievement, and reducing aged debt.

 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the credit process from start to finish
  • Processing payments through an online web portal
  • Reporting daily on expected cash flow intake
  • Ensuring all patients/staff and other individuals contacting the clinic are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Liaising with solicitors and debt collection agencies as required
  • Maintaining finance alerts on iPM and Open Accounts to identify bad debtors who re-present for treatment
