Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Dublin. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to a designated portfolio of top-tier treasury services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Become the client's trusted advisor by providing expert advice and guidance on payment and associated activities.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Promote the use of self-service tools to reduce client inquiries and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology teams, to develop strategic client plans.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks associated with client activities.
  • Record all client interactions, including calls, meetings, and issues.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
