About Us:

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare service areas and/or service points to meet the highest standards.
  • Ensure consistent delivery across all events by maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
  • Provide dedicated and helpful customer service with a can-do attitude and flexible approach.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards at all times.
  • Clearing and cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
  • Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
  • Assist in the service within the whole department as requested, including front of house duties during busy periods.

Contribute to organisational sustainability objectives by adopting environmentally friendly practices.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Self-initiative and ability to work independently.
  • A can-do attitude and flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • General knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene and HACCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
