We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our customer service experience across various stores while contributing to our growth agenda.
- This role is responsible for developing and communicating learning plans tailored to business needs, creating engaging training materials, and designing and delivering training modules and programs for frontline team members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create interactive training content using blended methodology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and refine experiences.
- Talent Development:
- Develop and coordinate development programs for continuous colleague growth.
- Identify and manage external apprenticeship or accredited programs beneficial to the company.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Operational experience in creating and delivering training using blended methodology, ideally within Hospitality/Retail sectors.
- Technical skills: proficiency with eLearning software, Learning Management Systems, and other training tools.
- Soft skills: ability to engage and motivate learners.
