Account Manager for Regional Growth
Job Description:This role involves developing and executing growth strategies to drive profitable expansion in the Benelux region.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving OEM sales with existing and potential accounts. You will work closely with the Global OEM team and provide input into product management and engineering to build new products or develop custom made solutions.
- Improve customer satisfaction by implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maximize share of wallet in existing markets and identify new areas for profitable growth.
- Ensure that we win lock and light specifications at existing customers.
- Cultivate close cooperation with customer service teams, marketing, and other back-office support roles.
- Contribute to yearly Annual Operating Plans, margin plans, and forecasts.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with customer service teams regularly.
- University degree and at least 6 years of experience within a commercial role preferably in the bicycle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets.
- Strong capability of getting things done and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
