Senior Franchise Governance Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the Franchise Center of Excellence (COE) agenda in a specific region. The Senior Franchise Governance Lead will develop and implement strategies to build franchise capabilities, mitigate risk, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate regional franchise agendas, including developing and tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bottling partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business results and franchise growth.
Franchise Capability:
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of training programs, ensuring that new joiners are properly onboarded and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and address gaps in franchise capability, developing targeted solutions to improve performance.
Franchise Community:
  • Facilitate regular meetings with franchise leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • Develop and implement knowledge-sharing initiatives, promoting innovation and excellence within the region.
Reward & Recognition:
  • Design and implement recognition programs, celebrating achievements and reinforcing positive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and nominate candidates for regional and global awards.
Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, mitigating risk and protecting company assets.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
Bottler Engagement:
  • Strengthen ties with bottling partners, fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in franchise leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving performance.
  • Experience working in multiple markets, with a strong understanding of regional dynamics and challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Agility to respond to changing priorities and adapt to new situations.
